The intersection of Kalakaua and Kapiolani is the main entry way to Waikiki. In the late 60's, Lippy Espindas, CoCo's Restaurant, and Aloha Motors, greeted people into O'ahu's main tourist attraction. Currently, the newly constructed Hawaii State Convention Center occupies the Aloha Motors site; Hard Rock Cafe is where CoCos was ; and Lippy Espindas is a parking lot. DY
