Local style, (you are doing this over the sink) 'cuz you have this chilled, ripe ,ready to burst mango.
Cut one side along the narrow part of the fruit. Lay the seed half down and score the cut smaller half in squares. With your fingers, push the skin side up to "pop" them squares out...then proceed to grind. do the same with other side......of course , you suck da seed later.....good thing the faucet is right there. |

I like the eastern philosophy that everthing is energy. Everything is vibrant..from rock to plant. Everytime I paint, I would paint fairly tight then usually end up breaking it up with splatters and paint spray.
